Reluctant government partners are still talking to each other

The difficult parts of a Government deal have yet to be addressed, despite some progress. Behind closed doors, Fianna Fáil, Fine Gael and the Green Party are daily agreeing and ticking off elements of a possible Programme for Government. However, sources close to the process still talk about the chances of agreement being just 50/50. Sources in the three parties agree that it is not guaranteed they will agree a full document when these talks end.
