The changing nature of Stakeholder & Community Engagement

A planning permission should in theory take about three months to complete.  The reality is that planning permissions can take years to obtain.  Delays can frequently occur because of a failure to communicate with key stakeholders.  Poor communication can not only lead to costly delays, it can ultimately be a determining factor in whether permission is granted or not.
