
Employers Must Appeal to the Needs of ‘Savers,’ Not ‘Investors’ to Boost Retirement Readiness, Finds
A new transatlantic defined contribution (DC) survey from State Street Global Advisors (SSgA), the investment management business of State Street Corporation (NYSE:STT), has found that retirement confidence remains alarmingly low among DC plan participants polled in the US, UK and Ireland. SSgA’s most recent survey,* conducted with more than 2,000 plan participants, gives global insights into the unique needs of participants in different countries.
